You do not have to worry about how to get help from all the different organisations that can help you. Sian will develop a plan with you when she visits your site, tailor-made to meet your needs. Sian
will be working with you to implement the plan and where other organisations can help, she will ensure that they contact you and will keep in contact with you throughout the process.
